I had a FitBit and loved the challenge of getting in my 10,000 steps a day! It was fun when it finally vibrated telling me I had accomplished one of my goals for the day. I love how on laundry day I did 25+ floors in a day. Yet, I found myself falling back into my old ways of getting stuck on numbers.
